Vegas Valley Construction is a commercial general contractor founded in 2002. The company handles both new construction and renovation for a wide variety of projects, with budgets that range from five thousand to over twelve million dollars. Projects completed include office complexes, strip malls, bars and restaurants, retail establishments and industrial buildings. Vegas Valley Construction also handles tenant improvements of all kinds and hotel, office and restaurant remodels.

Joseph Landolfi, president

Landolfi brings over twenty-five years in the construction industry to his role at Vegas Valley Construction. As a teenager, he worked with his dad in the commercial boiler and ironwork trade and has been involved in the industry ever since, first on the East Coast and now in southern Nevada.

In Las Vegas, Landolfi was hired by Babco Construction, Inc., as a superintendent. He was soon promoted to general manager, where he was responsible for running all its local operations. After eight successful years, he decided to put his business and construction skills to work in his own business and founded Vegas Valley Construction in 2002.

While in New York, Landolfi gained experience as a heavy equipment operator, construction superintendent and project manager. For over ten years, he worked for HRH Construction, where he gained experience in high-rise construction and in building out high-end office and retail projects. He also received OSHA and New York City training to become a certified site safety manager.

Throughout his career in the construction industry, Landolfi has applied his broad experience and strong management skills to bring value, integrity and intelligence to every project he undertakes.
